Growth and Yield of <em>Aloe vera</em> in Response to Different Organic Fertilizers or Manures

Aloe vera is the plant belongs to family Liliaceae. has acquired great commercial importance globally. In vera, researches clearly show that organic manures are more efficient compared chemical fertilizers. This study investigated growth and yield of in response different fertilizers or manures. research was laid out Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD) Crop Farm, Eastern University Sri Lanka, as a polybag experiment with five treatments four replicates from November 2019 March 2020. The T1 (Control), T2 (Compost), T3 (Cow dung), T4 (Commercially available liquid fertilizer) T5 (Jeewamirta). almost all parameters showed significant increase by compost (T2) cow dung (T3) other treatments. those parameters, between were shown non-significance total leaf skin weight, root fresh weight largest leaf. Therefore, considering especially economic important parameter (gel dry weight) could be recommended enhance cultivation barbadensis.
